Our Approach​

Candidates from different educational backgrounds have varying levels of BFSI industry awareness. Our Methodology

The mode of delivering the learning curriculum will be a blend of synchronous mode (instructor-led sessions in classroom and on virtual platform) and asynchronous mode (self-paced learning aided by articles, short videos, home assignments, pre-reads, handouts, job aids and other performance support materials)

To facilitate the learning process, the learning content has been made engaging and interactive to enhance the comprehension and retention of concepts. Active learning methods have been incorporated so that participants can engage in their learning by thinking, discussing, experiencing, and creating.
